All products available on lanado.be are in stock, carefully packaged and ready to be shipped quickly from our workshop in Belgium.
We collaborate with BPOST to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

🕒 Frequency of shipments

Collections take place every Tuesday morning via BPOST's "Collect & Send" service.
Any order placed and paid for before Tuesday at 8:00 am will be shipped the same day, Tuesday at noon.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding. That's why we offer you 60 nights to try our products risk-free. If you change your mind, you can return them free of charge*.

🔁 How to make a return*?

From Belgium or a country in the European Union:

1. Contact our customer service by email at hello@lanado.be , mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the procedure and the address of our warehouse.

3. We will arrange the return or guide you depending on the product concerned.

📝 Return conditions

• Returns are free for 60 nights after delivery, as part of our satisfaction guarantee*.

• Items must be in good condition, clean and without abnormal damage.
  

• Once the package has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 7 business days, via your original payment method.
