These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and purchases made via the website www.lanado.be .

Generalities

This website belongs to Lanado. These terms and conditions of sale supersede any other terms and conditions of the customer. Lanado reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions unilaterally. Data protection is governed by our privacy policy, available at www.lanado.be .

Right of withdrawal

At Lanado, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. You can then request an exchange, a credit note, or a refund (excluding delivery charges).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

The right of withdrawal is reserved for private individuals. For businesses, washed, used or unpacked products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and the right of withdrawal apply only to orders placed online on the official website, in accordance with current legislation on distance selling.

Lanado's sales, warranty and return conditions are specific to the brand and completely independent of those of our resellers, distributors or business partners.
Any request relating to a purchase made from a reseller must be addressed directly to the reseller, according to their own terms and conditions.

Loss or damage during transport

The buyer is responsible for the goods after delivery. In case of damage, the return must be made immediately for a refund or exchange.

Delivery

Risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods is transferred only after full payment.

Delivery times

Subject to availability, items are delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt of payment. Lanado is not responsible for any delivery delays or address errors.

Price

Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which can be found at www.lanado.be .

Payment

Payments must be made before delivery. Any late payment will incur legal interest and additional charges.

Responsibility

Lanado is not responsible for stock shortages, strikes, or delivery delays. Lanado's liability is limited to the order amount.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by registered mail within 7 days of delivery. If the complaint is valid, Lanado will repair or replace the item.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (fire, technical failure, etc.), Lanado is released from its obligations without compensation until the cause disappears.

Applicable law and competent court

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lanado's registered office.
