Delivery

All products available on lanado.be are in stock and ready to be shipped quickly. We collaborate with BPOST to ensure the safe shipping of your orders.

BPOST collects orders ready for dispatch every Tuesday morning via their “Collect & Send” service. Any order placed and paid for before Tuesday 8:00 am will be dispatched the same day, Tuesday noon.

Delivery options

You can choose from several delivery options, depending on your preferences:

  • At home or at another address (neighbor, office, etc.) via the Bpack 24H Pro service. Delivery the day after dispatch.
  • At a Bpack@bpost Pro collection point. Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
  • In a bpack 24/7 package dispenser. Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery rates

In Belgium:

  • Free for any order of €100 or more.
  • For an order less than €100:
    • Home delivery: €10 (VAT included)
    • Delivery to collection point: €8.50 (VAT included)
    • Delivery to a parcel distributor: €8.50 (VAT included)
