All products available on lanado.be are in stock and ready to be shipped quickly. We collaborate with BPOST to ensure the safe shipping of your orders.
BPOST collects orders ready for dispatch every Tuesday morning via their “Collect & Send” service. Any order placed and paid for before Tuesday 8:00 am will be dispatched the same day, Tuesday noon.

How to make a return?
From Belgium or European Union countries
Returns are at your expense.
- Contact our customer service by email at hello@lanado.be , specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with the return procedure and our warehouse address.
- Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice.
Specific conditions
- Return costs are only refunded in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.
- Washed, used or damaged items will not be accepted.
