The Bouclé Blanket brings the softness of Belgian wool in a unique bouclé texture. Its tight loops create a naturally marbled effect that subtly varies with the light. The fringe completes this generous blanket, designed to wrap the whole family.

Made from 80% Belgian sheep's wool, it naturally regulates temperature to keep you warm without overheating — perfect year-round.

  • Dimensions: 240 × 170 cm with fringe
  • Composition: 80% Belgian sheep's wool, 20% polyester
  • Weight: 3.6 kg
  • Care: do not machine wash. Air out and shake regularly to restore volume to the loops.
  • For stains: dry clean, or hand wash in cold water on the affected area.

  • Do not machine wash: not at 30 °C, not on a wool programme. The drum and spin cycle felt the loops and damage the fringes.
  • Air and shake regularly: wool is naturally antistatic and holds neither dust nor odours. A spell in the open air keeps the throw fresh and brings the loops back to life.
  • For a stain: dry clean, or hand wash in cold water on the affected area only.
  • No tumble dryer: dry flat in the open air, away from direct sunlight.

Woven on 19th-century looms

It is made on machines built in Verviers in the 1800s. A slow weave that tightens the loops and gives the throw a density no modern machine can match.

The marl comes from the yarn

The colours are in the wool itself, not printed on top. The loops create a marled effect that shifts with the light and won't fade over time.
