- Every morning , open your bed to let the moisture accumulated during the night evaporate.
- Air your duvet frequently , ideally by hanging it in a window or putting it outside. This will keep it fresh and comfortable.
What if there is an accident?
Machine washable duvets:
If your duvet is washable, follow these steps for gentle care:
- Use the wool program on your washing machine, at a maximum temperature of 30°C .
- Choose a detergent specially designed for wool , in order to preserve the fibers.
- Absolutely avoid the electric dryer , which could damage the wool.
- Let your duvet dry naturally, flat, in a well-ventilated place.
Non-machine washable duvets:
For classic wool duvets or those certified as organic textiles , opt for dry cleaning carried out by a professional.
